International Labour Day or May Day is observed to celebrate success of workers for 8 working hours which was earlier 12 to 16 hours of Work provided in unsafe situations. It was on May 1, 1886, that the labour class in US got united and took to streets against the unfair treatment and demanded paid leaves, proper wages and breaks for the workforce. Recognize the unchanging you, be free from fear: Quote and inspired poem

Image
SO SPAKE ASHTAVAKRA   Fear arises when when you take changing to be yourself. What  can change is never secure.Know yourself as 'the unchanging' and fear fear looses its ground. INSPIRED POEM When reaching for a self that's not your own, Or seeking ways to bend another's will, A trembling fear, a seed of doubt is sown, In becoming your heart grows strangely un-still. But let yourself be simply, truly you, The raw, original, unvarnished soul. Be as you were, before the world broke through, And made demands that took away your whole. Unchanging, and of love's unending kind, No conditions to your spirit tied. Then all the fears that once did haunt your mind, The dualities, the doubts, will step aside. For in this truth, this being pure and free, No room for any anxious dread can be.

COUPLETS ON ARTICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Image
AI COUPLETS A thinking spark, a digital gleam, Mimicking minds, a wired dream. It sees and hears, it understands, With silent code, and unseen hands. A brand new brain, a curious art, A digital echo, playing its part. A mind of code, a digital spark, Born from data, leaving its mark. It learns and grows, a tireless quest, To think like us, put to the test. With algorithms, it starts to see, Patterns hidden, wild and free. Complex puzzles, it untangles with might, Solving problems, day and night. Logic its compass, reason its guide, Through realms of knowledge, it does stride. Autonomous actions, swift and keen, A thinking machine, a brand new scene. From simple rules, it builds its lore, Exploring frontiers, asking for more. This artificial, thinking macinine, Making the world a brand new dream.

Image
Bhakti Yoga, Surrender to  Lord's Will: Quatrains  Oh, mind in knots, a tangled thread, With choices swirling in your head. To step or stay, a heavy plight, Beneath the sun or in the night. "Surrender now, let go of all, And heed my comforting call."

Wither school management: A poem

Image

BUDDHA QUOTES ON KARMA AND INSPIRED POEM

Image
Buddha Quotes on Karma How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours Beings are owners of their deeds, heirs of their deeds; their deeds are the womb from which they sprang, with their deeds they are bound up, their deeds are their refuge. Whatever deeds a man does, good or bad, he becomes the heir of his deeds. f you light a lamp for someone else it will also brighten your path. Avoid evil deeds as a man who loves life avoids poison. Just watch your own way, Kindness light your day. Do good with open heart, Then let it all depart. Let go of what is done, True freedom can be won.

Cravings and attachments are roots of strife: Poem

Image
Cravings and attachments are roots of strife: Poem Things we want, things we hold dear, Whispering doubts, fueling fear. A constant ache, a restless sigh, Beneath the surface, where they lie. But let them go, like autumn leaves, The world of joy, the heart receives. When grasping hands begin to ease, You’ll find your soul, and find your peace. The roots of strife, they start within, Where craving ends, peace can begin.

POEM A penguin small, In  coat of night and day, On ice so white, He starts his play. No wings to soar, But fins to glide, The ocean calls, A watery ride. Jiddu Krishnamurti Quotes on Conditioning and Inspired Poem

Image
QUOTES ON CONDITIONING To be aware of my conditioning means I am not trying to go beyond it, not trying to be free of the conditioning. I must see it as it actually is. It is very difficult for the mind to free itself from its conditioning and go beyond it because this conditioning is imposed upon it, not only by society but by itself. The conditioning of a religious culture is propaganda, a series of acceptances of beliefs, all arising through fear and the demand for security. There is no noble or better conditioning; all conditioning is pain. The desire to be, or not to be, breeds conditioning, and it is this desire that has to be understood....One form of conditioning can be substituted for another, but it is still conditioning. The response of this conditioning is karma. When you observe your conditioning, the conditioning exists only in the observer, not in the observed. The root of all conditioning is thought, which is the ‘me’. The ‘me’ is the very essence of the past, the ‘me’ ...

Need to develop creativity and creative thinking in schools: Special on World Creativitty and Innovation Day, April 21

Image
Need to develop creativity and creative thinking in schools Creativity refers to the capacity to produce new and valuable ideas, turning imagination into reality. In contrast, creative thinking is the cognitive process—the "how"—that facilitates the development of these insights. This process requires looking beyond traditional limits, welcoming various viewpoints, and linking seemingly unrelated ideas to tackle complex issues. Instead of being an inherent talent, creative thinking is a skill that can be cultivated through divergent thinking, experimentation, and curiosity. It fuels innovation by combining imaginative concepts with practical execution, making it an essential and high-value skill for personal growth, organizational advancement, and addressing the changing challenges of society.

Image
LONGING LOVE AND SURRENDER: A POEM INSPIRED BY BHAKTI POET SURDAS The Longing Love and Surrender Path to Liberation is a poem inspired by Sur Sagar by Sant Surdas on the Occasion of his Jayanti in 2026 (see inset visual) POEM: LONGING LOVE AND SURRENDER No temple bells nor sacred script required, Nor clever words of academic lore, By Prem Bhakti is the heart inspired, To knock upon the deep, eternal door. No caste restricts the path to Shyam’s own side, A simple love is all He asks to see, With soul surrendered and all earthly pride Dispelled, to find Him in complete unity. A detached longing, passionate and sweet, With world and ego rendered fully still, ‘I offer all at Madhava’s lotus feet, And lose myself within His holy will.’ No formal rite can bring the bliss I prove, Than drowning in the nectar of His love. Note: The poem is Google AI-enhanced with prompts after reading a  part of Sur Sagar as an attempt to gain insights into prompt engineering and context engineering...

Main Teachings of The Ashtavakra Gita in Couplets

Image
Main Teachings of The Ashtavakra Gita  in Couplets Deem you're not flesh, thought, action's hand, The Atman dwells, unbound, in every land. But deeper still, a well of purest light, A consciousness both endless and so bright. Let go the grip of "I," the ego's claim, The witness watching, untouched by the flame, Embrace the truth that whispers in the soul, Beyond duality's relentless toll. The Self within, a silent light, Just witness world, with all your might. Detach from worldy gain and fear, Keep consciousness, forever clear. This freedom waits, a presence ever near, Abandon self, release all holding dear, The wise already know, with knowing eyes, "I am already free," where truth now lies. For liberty resides in this sweet breath. That conquers fear, and whispers, "Conquer death."
Image
Ashtavakra Quote INSPIRED COUPLETS What's done is done, a flowing stream, Achieved is dust, a fading dream. Attachment binds, a heavy chain, And suffering follows, like sun and rain. Success may gleam, a shining prize, But worldly things, are slow-disguised lies. Let go the grip, release the hold, Live detached, as we are told. Pure awareness, clear and bright, Beyond the body, sense, and mind's flight. Just being there, a silent grace, In emptiness, we find our place.

Narcissist: A free verse

Image
Narcissist: A free verse A mirror smiles back, reflecting a god. Every flaw a brushstroke of unique divinity. He spins narratives, threads of blame tossed outwards, away, always away, from the perfect reflection. Applause unnecessary, unworthy even, of a maestro conducting his own symphony.
