Fear arises when when you take changing to be yourself. What  can change is never secure.Know yourself as 'the unchanging' and fear fear looses its ground.


INSPIRED POEM

When reaching for a self that's not your own,
Or seeking ways to bend another's will,
A trembling fear, a seed of doubt is sown,
In becoming your heart grows strangely un-still.

But let yourself be simply, truly you,
The raw, original, unvarnished soul.
Be as you were, before the world broke through,
And made demands that took away your whole.

Unchanging, and of love's unending kind,
No conditions to your spirit tied.
Then all the fears that once did haunt your mind,
The dualities, the doubts, will step aside.

For in this truth, this being pure and free,
No room for any anxious dread can be.
