 Tai Chi: Mindful Motion

A gentle art, Tai Chi's grace,
Movement slow, soft breath pace.
Meditation, limbs' motion's flow,
Medication, lets sickness go.

Cloud Hands glide, a soft embrace,
White Crane Wings, in time and space.
For rehab, it will mend and make,
A gentle path, for goodness sake.

It eases pain, it stills the mind,
A healing peace, you're sure to find.
In gentle dance, your body flows,
Where calm and balance truly grows.

Note:  World Tai Ch Day 2026 was observed on April 25, 2026. The event is celebrated annually on the last Saturday of April, This global event promotes health and mindfulness with the theme "One World; One Breath,
