World Nature Conservation Day observed: Message in poem

Image
World Nature Conservation Day  was observed on the 28th July 2025 with the theme “Restore Nature, Rebuild Our Future”. It is true that  a conserved nature is a foundation for a sustainable and healthy society. We need to acknowledge that the planet earth is facing serious challenges like climate change, deforestation, pollution, loss of ecological diversity, depletion of ozone layer, etc. Here a poem for the occasion The sun, the rain, the soil, the seed, A gentle circle, need by need. The trees give O2, the flowers bloom, Chasing away the bad time’s gloom. We take and use, but we must give, So nature's bounty still can live. To plant a tree, to clean a stream, To live in balance, like a dream. So let us tend with loving hand, To nurture life across the land!

Practice let go for inner peace: Poem

Image
Practice let go for inner peace: Poem For all things flow, let go in grace, There's no solid form in time or space. To cling, to grasp, to own, to bind, Is suffering of the desireous mind. But clinging tight, a binding chain, That fuels the fire of pain. But peace resides in letting be, Releasing hold, and setting free To witness now, the ebb and flow, Allowing desires to come 'n go. True freedom blooms when we release, That's the real way to inner peace.

Understanding Spirituality: A Poem

Image
Understanding Spirituality: A Poem A spark within, a cosmic light, Not seen, but felt, realised so bright. A knowing deep, a silent call, The universe resides in all. Immanent grace, a mystic plea, It's here and now, inside of me. Within us, a spark, a cosmic light, Immanent within shining bright, A consciousness that is truly divine. Wherein science, art, and mind intertwine, It's immanent, a presence deep inside. Where intution flows, a constant guide. The spirit breathes, a science unexplored, A map of mind, where art begins to bloom. Cosmic consciousness, a seed that's stored Within ourselves, dispelling all the gloom.

US PRESIDENT'S JABS ON INDIAN ECONOMY AND POETIC RESPONSES

Image
US PRESIDENT'S JABS ON INDIAN ECONOMY AND POETIC RESPONSES   JABS OF DONALD TRUMP I don't care what India does with Russia. They can take their dead economies down together, for all I care. We have done very little business with India, their Tariffs are too high, among the highest in the world. POETIC RESPONSES A LIMERICK A schemer named Ponzi, quite sly, Said "Invest, your riches will fly!" But debts grew so vast, His fortune couldn't last, And the cronies just watched as it died.   A QUATRAIN A web of lies, a promised gain, Ponzi's peril, whispered name. Money shuffled, top to low, Empty promise, seeds of woe.

Philosophy of Buddhism: A Brief and a Poem

Image
Philosophy of Buddhism: A Brief and a Poem THE BRIEF The Buddha taught that desires, or more specifically, craving (tanha), consisting of lust and attachment, are the root cause of suffering. The Four Noble Truths of Buddhism consisting of 'existence of suffering;' 'identification of cause of suffering (Desires);' 'process of ending of suffering;'  and 'following the eight-fold noble truth path of achieving liberation with right understanding, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration.' A POEM ON BUDDHIST PHILOSOPHY Empty your hands, let go of things, That glitter bright, on hopeful wings. For pleasure's call, a siren's song, Can lead  to place you don't belong. Pleasures' chase, a burning fire, Fuels wicked deeds, and dark desire. It twists the mind, and clouds the brain, Leaving you lost, beyond restrain. So still the mind, and calm the eye, Let earthly wants ...

Pedagogy of Teaching Bhagavad Gita: A poem

Image
Pedagogy of Teaching Bhagavad Gita: A poem  Teach the Gita, beyond the rote and rule, A different knowing, silent in the soul. Not preaching bound, nor creed a rigid chain But inner space where gentle whispers reign  To plant the seeds of detached action in all, To serve selflessly is deemed as duty's call . Let  soul  bloom in every  learner’s  gaze, A light that guides through life's confusing maze.   For wisdom grows not only from pure mind, But from the depths where truth we often find. Intelligence beyond mind - soul aware, Connection is vital, with care and share.  This is the task, a higher call to heed, To nurture souls and plant a different seed.

Being a witness to worldly life: Poem

Image
Being a witness to worldly life: Poem The world spins fast, a blur of chase, Of wanting more, in time and space But Soul sits a different gleam, A joy found in a silent stream. Detach, observe, let go the hold, Of stories bought, of futures sold. Act 'n watch it to quickly fade, A witness calm, no longer swayed. A quiet, calm mind, a witness eye, Letting the world just drift on by. No tangled grasp, no desperate plea, Just gentle gaze, and feeling free.

Understanding detachment precept of the Gita

Image
"The Bhagavad Gita emphasizes detachment as a path to inner freedom and fulfillment, not as a renunciation of action or responsibility. It encourages performing one's duties without attachment to the results, recognizing that true freedom lies in not being controlled by outcomes or possessions. This detachment allows for clarity of mind, emotional stability, and the ability to act with wisdom and compassion," Informs a Google AI Review.  Here are a two mini-poems Take the path of the soul, Not separate, ever whole. It leads to eternal bliss, Found within, a gentle kiss. ~*~ In detachment, find your way, From a world of fleeting gray. Full of delusion ‘n despair is life Seek soulfulness that dispels strife

A Poem on Void as Existential Truth ~Lalit Kishore

Image
A Poem on Void as Existential Truth In search of existence, we seek a light, A whisper of the self, a deeper stance, As mind endeavor to connect with truth What is this existence, if not a chance! Our paradox, this journey and its cost, In seeking out a spark, we face the dark, Unraveling the threads of poignant truth. A fragile balance of the void and the spark! The vast expanse of nothingness surrounds, Yet in this void, we craft our fragile forms, As shadows stretch and bend with fleeting time, The self expands, awakening to timeless non-forms. With questions heavy as the stars above, Our essence woven through the vast unknown. For in the threads of life, existence breathes, Each moment echoing the falsehood of the known. Existence shaped by threads of nothingness. With purpose clear, we learn to connect, Yet face the void, the tender nothingness— And in this search, we hold the fragile fact.

Karma yoga couplets inspired by the Bhagavad Gita

Image
Karma yoga couplets inspired by the Bhagavad Gita ~Lalit Kishore Do selfless acts, not for the gain, Life’s has purpose, not just the pain. Focus on the work at hand, Not the prize, but the demand. In each task, let spirits soar, For action’s worth's what we score. Work is a right, but not the yield, In duty’s  call, our soul's revealed. Detach from the fruit; let action breathe, In life’s quiet rhythm, we find our creed. Life’s not for  gains, but  step one takes, In detached acts, true self awakes. We must fulfill our duty's call, Detached from fruit, we stand tall.

Osho's Views on Despair and a Poem on Arjuna's Despair

Image
Osho's Views on Despair and a Poem on Arjuna's Despair According to a Google AI Overview, Osho views despair as a natural human emotion that arises from resisting life's inherent impermanence and clinging to the illusion of a fixed self. "He suggests that the root of despair lies in the ego's desire to become something or someone, rather than accepting oneself as one is. Osho encourages befriending despair, rather than repressing it, as a path to understanding its root cause and ultimately finding liberation from its grip," it adds Mahabharata Warrior Arjuna's Despair: A poem In shadow of despair, humans wrestle, Conflicts rise like storms, uninvited. In Arjuna’s heart, turmoil nestles, Bound by love, yet heavily indicted. He stands, bow laid down, a warrior torn, Fate whispers in the silence of his grief. In battle’s gaze, a kinship is worn, Duty or attachment, a doubt of belief. The struggle unfolds between dharma and desire What is the cost of blood o...

Making sense of spirituality: Couplets

Image
Making sense of spirituality: Couplets A path unfolds through silent skies, Deconditioning self, where truth lies. In the journey deep, we seek to find, Pure awareness blooms, a quiet mind. From the weight of self to the vast unknown, Eternal whispers guide us home. Through shifting veils of the soul’s design, We merge with the cosmos, a spark divine. In the quest for meaning, we stretch and grow, Connecting to the essence of all we know. With practices of stillness, we learn to see, The dance of existence, the flow of the free. In reflection and meditation’s embrace, We uncover the light in the sacred space. A journey of evolution, where shadows fade, In union with consciousness, our truth cascades.

A Poem on Playful Calves For Grade Four Students

Image
A Poem on Playful Calves For Grade Four Students  We are young, playful calves, Full of joy, we roam and prance, Exploring fields, we leap and walk, In every new, exciting chance. We call to mothers, peers so dear, Building bonds that warm our hearts, In friendly games, we chase and cheer, Sparking joy in playful arts. We run and gallop, kick and spar, With bright friendly faces by our side, In their presence, fears drift far, Together, we find joy in stride. In the sun, we jump and play, A world of wonder, wide and free, Young calves' bonds, as bright as day, Together, we are fear 'n stress free.

I knead the softest spots, scratch with delight, A bundle of joy, I bring warmth day and night.

Perspective of Osho on Self-Renewal and an Inspired Poem

Image
According to  a Google AI Overview Osho's perspective on self-renewal centers on the idea of wholeness and non-doing, rather than striving for a fixed ideal of perfection. He emphasizes that true renewal comes from self-acceptance, self-love, and awakening the witness within. By letting go of the ego's need to control and striving for total engagement in the present moment, individuals can experience a natural flow of energy and transformation.  An inspired poem on self-renewal In shadows deep, we seek to rise, Beyond the self that wears disguise. A mind shaped by the world around, In thoughts of others, we are bound. This self we wear, so often flawed, A web of bias, opinions, awed. It stirs division, fuels the fight, A deluded view, obscured from light. True change unfolds in quiet grace, By dropping out of worldly rat race. To shed the weight of worldly chains, And break free from our self-made strains. Renewal waits beyond the veil, Where self-awareness starts to sa...

To Die Without Fear: Quotes and Poem

Image
To Die Without Fear: QUOTES AND POEM     QUOTES OF J. KRISHNAMURTI ON DEATH   ·          You can have a lifelong discussion with life but it is not possible with death. Death is so final and absolute. ·          Can the end, which is death, be known while living? If we can know what death is while we are alive, we shall have no problem. ·          Death puts an end to all our attachments, however superficial or deep. ·     The new is only in death from moment to moment. There must be death every day for the unknown to be. ·          Death is a renewal in which thought does not function at all because thought is old. When there is death, there is something totally new. Freedom from the known is death, and then you are living.   A POEM ON DEATH   Death whispers truths of illusions cau...
