Being a witness to worldly life: Poem
Being a witness to worldly life: Poem
The world spins fast, a blur of chase,
Of wanting more, in time and space
But Soul sits a different gleam,
A joy found in a silent stream.
Detach, observe, let go the hold,
Of stories bought, of futures sold.
Act 'n watch it to quickly fade,
A witness calm, no longer swayed.
A quiet, calm mind, a witness eye,
Letting the world just drift on by.
No tangled grasp, no desperate plea,
Just gentle gaze, and feeling free.
