Practice let go for inner peace: Poem

Practice let go for inner peace: Poem

For all things flow, let go in grace,
There's no solid form in time or space.
To cling, to grasp, to own, to bind,
Is suffering of the desireous mind.

But clinging tight, a binding chain,
That fuels the fire of pain.
But peace resides in letting be,
Releasing hold, and setting free

To witness now, the ebb and flow,
Allowing desires to come 'n go.
True freedom blooms when we release,
That's the real way to inner peace.
