Pedagogy's mix of science, art 'n mind,
In classrooms where knowledge is intertwined.

Curriculum guides what we aim to share,
Content we shape with thoughtful care.

Methodology paints the way we teach,
Techniques that reach beyond mere speech.

Cognitive paths and feelings we ignite,
Building skills that help young minds take flight.

Constructivist dreams, collaboration's embrace,
Inquiry leads to discovery's grace.

Hands-on moments, where learning can play,
Crafting bright futures, day after day.

  The paper of jointly authoured by Dr Lalit Inshore and Subhash Chauhan (Ex-Raists) was accepted for the recently concluded 2-day seminar (Aug. 29-30, 2024) on “Vision 2047: Aligning SDGs with India’s Development Aspirations”.. Yoga Day 2025 Theme: Yoga for One Earth, One Health

 The 11th edition of the UN proclaimed International Day of Yoga is going to be observed on June 21, 2025, with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”.  According to the UN the theme 'echoes a vital truth that personal wellness and planetary health are inseparably linked.' "Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind and fosters a heightened sense of awareness and responsibility in daily life. This mindfulness allows one to choose healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. In caring for ourselves, we begin to care for the Earth, reflecting the enduring Indian ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family," adds the UN.  Late Yoga guru B. K. S. Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
