Kurukshetra University Releases the Brochure of 11th International Gita Conference to be held in December 2026

Kurukshetra University has released the brochure for the International Gita Conference-2026 and speculated that delegates from over 15 countries will participate in the three-day International Gita Conference,to be held from December 14 to 16 on its campus.

According to the organizers of the conference, eleven university departments are assigned thematic technical sessions, including Tourism and Hotel Management, Geology, Social Work, Sanskrit, Hindi, Home Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Law, Ancient Indian History, and Environmental Studies.Collaborative input from the Saraswati Research Centre, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Study Centre, and the Haryana Saraswati Heritage Development Board.

The paper submission guidelines are as follows

  • Abstract Specifications: Length must be 300–400 words in English, Hindi, or Sanskrit. Include the paper title, author name(s), institutional affiliations, 4–6 keywords, 
  • Presenter's  brief biography: 50–60 words
  • Full Paper Format: Manuscripts must be between 6,000–8,000 words (including references), styled in Times New Roman, 12 pt font, with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Originality: Submissions must consist of original, unpublished research, adhering strictly to anti-plagiarism and ethical guidelines

Theme of the conference this year is "Srimadbhagwad Gita: Traditions and Influence, Bridging Cultures across the World"

However, when a government supporter targeted Abhijit Dipke of CJP at Jantar Mantar, he and his supporters managed to handle the situation calmly, preventing social unrest. A limerick  Young Dipke, a chap quite astute, Was ink-attacked, a messy pursuit. He stayed calm and meek, As the attacker woman did shriek, "Blue's my color!" he said, with sweet hoot.
