Brutal Might Against the Bright Young
Poem
A nation, once so proud and free,
Found its voice grow weak, you see.
With whispers of distrust,
And values turned to dust,
Democracy faded, sadly.
Foundations of rights start to fray,
As democracy struggles each day.
With choices so stark,
Leaving its mark,
It's a crossroads, no easy way.
Our rights start to wobble and fade,
The pillars are starting to degrade.
With freedoms grown weak,
Democracy's shriek,
A crumbling, unsteady parade.
