The world demands facts, figures, sharp and clear,
A digital tide, forever rising high.
Yet in our soul, a whisper we must hear,
A quiet peace beneath the busy sky.

When storms arise, and currents pull us far,
A steady hand, self-mastery will guide.
We learn to bend, not break beneath the scar,
And with a calm resolve, the tides abide.

Like water's flow, to simply yield and glide,
Release the hold of what we cannot keep.
Let worries fade, where quiet waters ride,
And trust the journey, while the world's asleep.

So blend the mind with heart, a balanced art,
To find true peace within the beating heart.
