Discovering true self: A Poem

To find who you are deep inside,

Let your desires gently subside.

Meditate with grace,

Embrace your own space,

And watch your true self now preside.

No easy path, no gentle climb,

But grapple with the hands of time.

Each stumble, fall, a lesson learned,

A corner of the self returned.

Each day, a chance to grow,

Let your compassion flow.

Un-condition, be free,

Become the you you're meant to be.
