A loving, open, giving heart.

Charm bright, a coyness sweet,
Devotion's promise, strong and complete.

Words like silk, a calming tone,
Forgiving freely, seeds are sown.

Grace in movement, mind so keen,
Remembering much, both seen and unseen.

Nurturing life, a patient hand,
Positivity blooming across the land.

Life's creation, sacred trust,
Opulence shared, free from dust.

Earth's bounty, held so dear,
Reverence shown, banishing fear.

Righteous actions, day by day,
Serving others in a heartfelt way.

Steadfast spirit, firm and true,
Upbringing gentle, shining through.

 The 11th edition of the UN proclaimed International Day of Yoga is going to be observed on June 21, 2025, with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”.  According to the UN the theme 'echoes a vital truth that personal wellness and planetary health are inseparably linked.' "Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind and fosters a heightened sense of awareness and responsibility in daily life. This mindfulness allows one to choose healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. In caring for ourselves, we begin to care for the Earth, reflecting the enduring Indian ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family," adds the UN.  Late Yoga guru B. K. S. Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
