Learning to live with existential intelligence: Four As Formula

"Existentialism is a philosophical approach that emphasizes individual existence, freedom, and responsibility. It posits that humans are free to create their own meaning and purpose in a world that may initially seem absurd or without inherent meaning. Existentialism explores themes like the nature of being, human consciousness, choice, and the experience of anxiety and dread in the face of freedom," informs an AI overview.

Four A's of existentialism

A1: Awareness of freedom with responsibility that comes through deconditioning from imposed experiences and conforming which can initially lead to feelings of fear and anxiety

A2: Authentic life means embracing one's freedom and taking responsibility for one's choices, rather than living life through belief thinking and conforming to external or conditioning

A3: Assumption is that human beings are born innocent as clean slate without a predetermined nature or purpose but they get made through their choices and actions or humans are their own self-creation

A4: Acknowledgement that humans confront conflict between their desire for meaning and the apparent lack of inherent meaning in the materialistic world
