Heroic Couplets on Swadharma Principle of the Bhagavad gita

A heroic couplet is a traditional poetic form in English literature consisting of two rhyming lines written in iambic pentameter.  The two main characteristics of such couplets are as follows

·         Meter:  It is written in iambic pentameter, meaning each line has ten syllables with an alternating unstressed and stressed rhythm or it has five iambic feet per line.

·         Rhyme Scheme:  It follows a strict paired end-rhyme pattern (AA, BB, CC).

Here are five heroic couplets on ‘Swadharma’ principle enshrined in the Bhagavad Gita

 Walk your own path, the one you’re meant to tread,
Your soul knows best; allow it lead ahead.

Your spirit whispers songs both soft and deep,
Hear closely now the promises you keep.

 You have no need to wear a borrowed mask,
To be yourself is your most honest task.

 Walk your own way, pursuing what is true,
And let your inner self guide all you do.

Turn from the foolish goals that others chase,
Find your own rhythm and your native pace.

An ink attack at Jantar Mantar and aftermath

 An ink attack, which involves throwing ink at a rival, celebrity, politician, or public official, is typically intended to humiliate the target, attract media attention, and convey feelings of hate or disagreement. Such actions undermine democracy and hinder the potential for constructive and meaningful discussions. They substitute logical arguments with cheap publicity stunts. This type of attack goes beyond rational discourse and peaceful debate, creating panic as it may involve hazardous chemicals. However, when a government supporter targeted Abhijit Dipke of CJP at Jantar Mantar, he and his supporters managed to handle the situation calmly, preventing social unrest. A limerick  Young Dipke, a chap quite astute, Was ink-attacked, a messy pursuit. He stayed calm and meek, As the attacker woman did shriek, "Blue's my color!" he said, with sweet hoot.
