Digital world woes: Couplets
Digital world woes: Couplets
Screens glow bright, a hurried race,
Lost in data, leaving no trace.
Too much digital, minds unbound,
Feeling lost, on shaky ground.
Emotions blur, what's right, what's wrong,
Digital excess, where do we belong?
In virtual worlds, we start to fray,
Real connection fades away.
Synthetic faces, what do they hold?
Our true selves, bought and sold.
The cost is high, a heavy toll,
Lost in pixels, losing control.
Replicas lure, a siren's call,
Psychic wounds, stand up tall.
Digital maze, a tangled thread,
Societal chaos, fills our head.
