Mindful Living: Pathway to Wisdom of Being Present

Mindful Living: Pathway to Wisdom of Being Present

POEM

What you think, what you feel,
Shows the world, makes it real.
Watch your mind, pure and clear,
Be aware, banish fear

Be mindful, see within,
Let mind get the insight.
Self-awareness, real thing,
Shows paths with inner light.

Mind's  pure, pious thoughts bloom,
Silent mind, aware, seeds are sown,
Be mindful, kind, let worries cease,
And find yourself in inner peace.

In Summary

Kishore (2026) presents mindful living as an intentional approach to achieving wisdom by anchoring oneself in the "here and now." The post highlights that cultivating awareness through daily, ordinary activities and acting as a silent witness to thoughts allows for deep, transformative peace. We must view mindful living as a transformative, non-judgmental presence that serves as a pathway to inner wisdom, helping individuals move beyond the regrets of the past and anxieties of the future. The philosophy emphasizes cultivating awareness to unlock innate bliss, promoting a disciplined alignment of body, mind, and soul to achieve lasting peace and spiritual freedom.
