A Gen Z plea, a hopeful start,

For systems built with open heart.

No more the old, the closed-off way,

But bright inclusion, come what may.

Let fairness lead, let kindness bloom,

And mend the planet, chase the gloom.

These are the hopes, the simple creed,

For all to flourish, plant the seed.

Success now wears a different face,

Not just the climb, the hurried pace.

But time for peace, for breath, for soul,

Where mental health makes spirits whole.

Where values weave through every thread,

And purpose lights the path ahead.

In new economies, a different call,

For sharing, caring, standing tall.

Let honesty be the steady light,

And fairness shine, both day and night.

We'll build together, hand in hand,

A better future, for this land.
