POEM
When skies are gray and hopes are low,
And shadows start to softly grow,
Remember love, a guiding light,
That shines within the darkest night.
For God is Love, and Love is everywhere,
In every smile, in every helping hand.
To ease another's burden, is to share
A sacred trust, a promise in the land.
Believe in good, in human heart,
A kinder world, a brand new start.
For love of others, we must strive,
And help each soul to feel alive.
Each gentle touch, each helping hand,
A sacred service in this land.
To ease the pain, to dry the tears,
And banish all the lonely fears.
In loving hearts, a truth we find,
That service to all humankind,
Is service to the One above,
A testament to Divine Love.
