Be self-aware, know your mind: Poem 

Your mind, a field, so vast and deep,

Know it well, secrets to keep.

How thoughts like seeds, take root and grow,

Desires bloom, and come and go.

Be aware of boxes built,

By habits learned, and feelings spilt.

Conditioning's walls, so hard to see,

Keep you trapped, from being free.

But in that mind, a power lies,

To reach for stars, beyond the skies.

Think with clarity, a higher way,

Create new worlds, with each new day.

Find balance calm, in every storm,

Be strong and brave, keep your heart warm.

Persevere through trials, big and small,

And wisdom's light, will shine for all.
