WAR TRADE: LIMERICKS
WAR TRADE: LIMERICKS
Two lands, near or far, grew to hate,
Their leaders, with words, sealed their fate.
Guns started to boom,
Filling factories' room,
While the rich watched and chuckled, elate.
Each side, feeling slighted and wronged,
For stronger defenses now longed.
The rich, they all smiled,
As weapons were piled,
While the drums of a war loudly thronged.
