 Ode to Spiritual Dance

The dance unfolds, a sacred art,
A whispered prayer from beating heart.

Limbs reach, then bend and sway,
A quiet prayer in a moving way.

The body bends, a willow's grace,
As feelings rise to fill the space.

Feet find the floor, a gentle beat,
A pulse that echoes, soft 'n sweet.

Feet tap the beat, soft and low,
As thoughts like birds begin to flow.

A shoulder dips, a hand takes air,
A silent story blooms right there.

Hands lift up, then gently fall,
The body whispers, answering the call.

Spirit dances, light and free,
Mind takes flight for all to see.

With every turn, a spirit free,
Escapes the world for all to see.

The mind forgets its earthly chain,
Lost in rhythm, sun and rain.

And when it ends, a peaceful sigh,
As spirit rests, up in the sky.
