In Venezuela, It’s Call for Worldwide Action: A Poem
President captured, First Lady too,
In Venezuela's land, the deed is through.
But ripples spread, a rising tide,
Where class wars rage, on every side.
The wealthy few, with iron fist,
Against the workers, they persist.
With laws and lies, they dim the light,
And crush workers dreams day ‘n night.
But hope remains, a burning fire,
For justice, truth, and something higher.
For equity, a level field,
Where every voice can be revealed.
Against the lies, the slanted views,
The media's sway, the harmful news.
Against the hate, the twisted thought,
A revolution must be fought.
To end the reign of greed and power,
To bloom a brighter, fairer hour.
For welfare state promise bright,
To banish darkness, bring the light.
