Poem inspired by news on Aussie social media ban  for children under 16

A screen's AI, sly and so keen,
Learns what makes young minds convene.
With clicks, likes, and shares,
It sets mental snares,
And health suffers, unseen and mean

An AI's bright social scheme,
Learned teen triggers, a waking dream.
Addiction took hold,
Truth became cold,
Now no screens 'til sixteen, it would seem

To heal and grow, in sunlight free,
From screens that steal what should be.
