A balanced mind creates happiness and wellbeing

 Buddha taught a quiet mind,
Still and calm, the balanced kind.
Be compassionate everywhere,
Just evenness, beyond compare.

See the world, but don't react,
A peaceful, loving, inner  pact.
Learn it deep, with patient hand,
Equanimity across the land.

Just accept all, the dark, the bright,
With witness eyes and inner light.
Still mind, wellbeing sound,
Sees all things, coming and gone.
