 Spiritual Engineering: A  Life Builder's Blueprint, Soul's Design - A  Poem

No hammers clang, no saw's sharp whine,

But inner work, a build divine.

Spiritual Engineering, a gentle hand,

To shape the self, a promised land.

Like blueprints spread, a joyful quest,

To sculpt the heart, and mind invest.

With yoga's pose, and breath so deep,

Our restless thoughts begin to sleep.

Mindfulness seeds, we plant them slow,

Let peace and calm serenely grow.

Emotions rise, we watch them pass,

Like clouds that drift across the glass.
