Remove disquietude
Remove illusions and strife
Realise life's essence

Stillness finds the self,
False dreams fade in gentle light,
Life's core starts to bloom

Clear the troubled mind,
Truth shines when shadows are gone,
Life's core, simply be.

Calm mind whispers peace,
Truth blooms, illusions all fade,
Life's core starts to sing.
