Inner Engineering: A Poem

 

Inner Engineering, a guiding hand,

To understand, to truly stand.
Old wisdom, new ways entwined,
Body, mind, soul - all three aligned.

From India's yogic, ancient lore,
To open up, for less Is more.
Balance blooms, and joy takes root,
A centered life, a sweeter fruit.

Self-aware, you start to grow,
Letting inner goodness flow.
Harmony you'll surely find,
Peace and wellness for your mind.

A path inside, a journey deep,
Inner peace, a promise to keep.
With yoga old and wisdom bright,
Bringing balance, shining light.

Body, mind, soul, energy flow,
Foster bliss and make it grow.

An in-between state, mystery unveiled.   For qubits hold both zero and just one, A curious mix, simultaneously true, A spinning state, where choices are begun, A power that our classic bits ne'er knew.   And then entanglement, a bond so deep, Change one, the distant partner mirrors fast, A 'spooky action' that our secrets keep, A mystery where old logic cannot last.   From this strange science, wonders will unfold, A new computing, brave and truly bold. This quantum dance, a future we embrace, Technology reborn in time and space.
