Good Divine Mother!
Fill me with gratitude sense
As human through you

MY GRACIOUS MOTHER!
Grant boon of calm compassion
And tender feelings

O' CREATIVE MOTHER!
Give me fortitude, strength
To tread devotion-path


COUPLETS

My heart sings thanks, dear Mother, true,
For life's sweet breath, a gift from You.

A calm, kind heart, a spirit mild,
Compassion's grace, Your cherished child.

Give strength to walk Your shining way,
To love with courage, come what may.

 The 11th edition of the UN proclaimed International Day of Yoga is going to be observed on June 21, 2025, with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”.  According to the UN the theme 'echoes a vital truth that personal wellness and planetary health are inseparably linked.' "Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind and fosters a heightened sense of awareness and responsibility in daily life. This mindfulness allows one to choose healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. In caring for ourselves, we begin to care for the Earth, reflecting the enduring Indian ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family," adds the UN.  Late Yoga guru B. K. S. Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
