Extended Gita Mahotsava in Kukukshtera this year



It has been notified in the press that the International Gita Mahotsav 2025 would be celebrated primarily at Brahma Sarovar from 15 Nov to 5 Dec as craft and cultural fair which will also be telecast in scores of counties.

However, the main programme will be held from 24 Nov to Dec 1. It is being said that it would be for the first time the visitors will be able to see the art craft and culture of 8 countries. Many scholars from different countries will take part in the International gita Seminar at the Kurukshetra University in the city.

A song of Krishna, wise and deep,
The Gita's secrets, softly keep.

It lights the way through troubled days.

For goodness sake, a better break.

It lights the way, dispels the gloom.

For questions deep, and battles faced,
Its simple truths are wisely placed.

It teaches detached action with grace,
To find our truth in every space.
