The Wheel of Karma
Keeps us bound, in joy and pain
Hone non-harm! Be free!
 
Be kind in all deeds,
Educate your thoughts, feelings.
Practice self-restraint
 
Fulfil the five vows
Be non-violent, non-stealing
Chaste, austere, let-going
 
Forgive and Let go,
Find freedom in the pure light
To live soulfully

Let go of needs 'n wants
Detach from things, from craving,
Live simple pious life

Study Holy Texts
Find freedom in the pure light
Of restrained pious mind

Limit your desires
Don't cause harm, in thought and deed
Plant seeds of loving creed.

Control your senses, 
Lead mild and moderate life
With austerity

Breaks free from chains, 
both seen 'n unseen for release
soul, serene and clean.
