HAIKU INSPIRED BY WIT AND WISDOM OF HINDI POET DUSHYANT KUMAR
Dushyant Kumar (1 Sep 1933 - 30 Dec 1975) was an Indian poet of modern Hindi literature.

INSPIRED HAIKU

Whack 'n rack, the iron rule,
Break the chains, be strong and cool.
Remove despot's stain.

Unity is strength,
Lifts us up, takes us higher.
Strength entwined,  brave throng,

Don't be the play thing,
Power's hand will shake you hard.
Be change, shape the world.

Let no false hand sway,
Find your own strong rhythm deep,
Make the new world bloom.

Power must be seized,
Unite to beat the cruel one,
Vigour in all hands.

Shadow holds the land,
Gather close, a rising tide,
Powerfuls then can fall.
