GOD AND SOUL BEING NON-PHYSICAL
 ARE BEYOND MIND AND LOGIC: A POEM

Logic can map the world we see and touch,
Where space and time set limits to all things.
It measures out how little, or how much,
And links the causes that an outcome brings.

But spirit, God, and soul are not confined
By form or measurement, by rule or law.
They rest beyond the reaches of the mind,
A truth that logic never can withdraw.

For God exists beyond all cause and frame,
No earthly moment holds His boundless light.
Unspoken is His everlasting name,
Beyond all day, and every form of night.

Through quiet self, or grace's gentle sway,
The soul is known, in pure and timeless way.

Yoga Day 2025 Theme: Yoga for One Earth, One Health

 The 11th edition of the UN proclaimed International Day of Yoga is going to be observed on June 21, 2025, with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”.  According to the UN the theme 'echoes a vital truth that personal wellness and planetary health are inseparably linked.' "Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind and fosters a heightened sense of awareness and responsibility in daily life. This mindfulness allows one to choose healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. In caring for ourselves, we begin to care for the Earth, reflecting the enduring Indian ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family," adds the UN.  Late Yoga guru B. K. S. Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
