Meditate day-n-night
Make each breath a pious moment
'N create a mind calm-n-bright
Make gentle breath a light ray - 
Dispel gloom of mind astray!

Untamed restless mind -
A churning sea of desires -
Focus mind on your breath
To find inner tranquil space
To realise your soulfulness
***
Hone meditation
To attain inner peace bright
To reveal true self 
In mind's calm space, soul shall soar
On wings of purpose and connect
