With last tweet “Christ is risen!" -
Lets pray for Pontiff !

Death is transition
It offers hope for strife's end
Through life devoid of sins

Death results from sins -
Be a believer, sin not
For eternal life
***
Death is false, untrue
It's illusion of sinners -
Not of believers
***
Death of Holy One -
It's the Rest-In-Peace vision
For those who believe

Yoga Day 2025 Theme: Yoga for One Earth, One Health

 The 11th edition of the UN proclaimed International Day of Yoga is going to be observed on June 21, 2025, with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”.  According to the UN the theme 'echoes a vital truth that personal wellness and planetary health are inseparably linked.' "Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind and fosters a heightened sense of awareness and responsibility in daily life. This mindfulness allows one to choose healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. In caring for ourselves, we begin to care for the Earth, reflecting the enduring Indian ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family," adds the UN.  Late Yoga guru B. K. S. Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
