NIETZCHE'S PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE: A POEM

NIETZCHE'S PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE: A POEM

The world is smoke, a shifting scene,
No truth held fast, no final mean.
Nietzsche said, "The old gods lie,
Beneath a cold and empty sky."

Forget the comfort, soft and deep,
That lulls the soul and puts to sleep.
Embrace the struggle, sharp and strong,
Where weakness breaks and grows the throng

Of those who build, who strive and dare,
To forge a self beyond compare.
Let pusuit burn, a fiery guide,
To carve a path where Truth resides.

Rise above the worn-out creed,
Plant your own strong and fertile seed.
In music find a soul's release,
For life without is joyless, less peace.

And when the world with shadows teems,
And shatters all your hopeful dreams,
Know that the truth begins to bloom,
When all illusions find their tomb.
