A time to pause, a time to still,

To let the soul be pure and fill.

So fast with purpose, strong and true,

A better you, shines right through.

Our bodies rest, our minds take flight,

Reflecting on the inner light.

Self-discipline, a guiding hand,

To understand, to truly stand.

With open hearts, we give and share,

A lightness in the sunlit air.

Forgiveness sought, a cleansing rain,

Washing worries, easing pain.

A thankful heart, a watchful eye,

God-consciousness, reaching high.

Body, mind, and spirit free,

A brighter, better you and me.

Think of others, feel their pain,

Give what's yours, let love sustain.

Hold back anger, word, or deed,

Plant instead a loving seed.

Cleanse your spirit, wash it bright,

With thankful thoughts, and guiding light.

Mind, body, soul, a peaceful blend,

A clearer path, until the end.
