A day for the singles so bright,
On February fifteenth, take flight!
No partner to need,
Plant your own happy seed,
And shine with your own inner light.

A soul free and happy and bright,
Needs no valentine's guiding light.
Let roses stay sold,
A story unfolds,
Of self-love and joy, pure delight.

There once was a soul, strong and free,
Who said, "Romance? Not for me!"
They skipped all the fuss,
No need to discuss,
Self-love's the best company!

No gifts on this holiday bright,
With friends, we'll just laugh in the light.
A hike in the sun,
Or a book, just for fun,
My own joy is shining so bright!
