Rid anger habit to live unconditionally: A Poem

Rid anger habit to live unconditionally: A Poem

Fire burns, too hot, too fast,
Anger clouds, a shadow cast.
We cannot see the right from wrong,
When fury sings its bitter song.

A learned way, a path we tread,
By ego fed, and fear misled.
We think we're strong, we puff with pride,
But anger hides, a hurt inside.

When want takes hold, a greedy hand,
And things don't go as we have planned,
The monster stirs, a raging beast,
Our inner peace, completely ceased.

Let go of chains, of old belief,
Find freedom from this heavy grief.
Unconditional love's the key,
To set our hearts, and spirits, free.
