Apply the lessons, day by day,
In every action, every way.

Create your truth, a vibrant hue,
From understanding, fresh and new.

Study, then know, then truly be,
Integrated living, truly free.

Practice deep, with heart so keen,
Theory lived, a vibrant scene.
