Purification, heart and soul,

To keep the spirit strong and whole.

Unclean, a path off balance thrown,

By ego's grip, seeds wrongly sown.

Through knowledge gained, a better way,

To mend the past, and light the day.

Good karma blooms, a gentle grace,

To heal the wounds, time cannot erase.

And in the light, we understand,

The power held within our hand.

For minds that seek and learn with grace,

Jnana Yoga finds its place.

Read the words, let wisdom bloom,

Reflect and banish mental gloom.

In thoughts and deeds, be pure and true,

A balanced path will guide you through.
