A mind so wild, a tangled thread,
Confused and lost, anxieties bred.

Neurotic whispers fill the air,
A seeking soul, consumed by care.

It struggles on, a weary fight,
Lost in darkness, seeking light.

Watch your thoughts, a gentle guide,
Where they wander, deep inside.

With practice, peace begins to bloom,
A quiet mind, dispelling gloom.

Still mind waits, no troubles reside,
A calm quiet mind, where truths hide.
