POEM ON BIHU

 

Bihu is here, the best time of year,

In beautiful Assam, we dance and cheer.

With the beat of the dhol and pepa’s sound,

Happiness and joy are all around.


We wear new clothes and eat tasty treats,

Like pitha and laru, so crunchy and sweet.

With love in our hearts and a smile so bright,

We celebrate Bihu with pure delight.
