Famous Sanskrit Verse 

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन 
|मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि || 

Karmany-evadhikaras te ma phaleshu kadachana / 
Ma karma-phala-hetur bhur ma te sango'stvakarmani /

English Meaning 

You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, nor be attached to inaction. (BG 2.47)

HAIKU
Focus on duty
Never ever on results
That's detached action!

TANKA
Be proactive, be wise
Be an apt service leader
Both at home 'n work place
Do all actions mindfully
That must be your sole focus

QUINTINE
Pay heed to lord Krishna's words of wisdom
You'll create within you a blissful kingdom 
Let go of worries of the fruits of your action
Vision, plan, execute duty mindfully as proaction
Then you'll lead libertive life that'll be worthy
