A poem on flipped classroom
FLIPPED CLASSROOM: A POEM
The lecture hall 'n teacher as sage on stage
Passive listening, rote learning 'n parroting
Mouthing an array of textual sentences linearly
No comprehension, no analysis - only croaking
When students empowered with study skills
Information processing 'n reformetting thrill
For accessing textual and digital resources
Learning's flipped, class no more run of mill
Texts, internet 'n videos handled meaningfully
The student's role, now self-learning mindfully
At home students learn, with own style-n-pace
The teacher's role, a supporting 'n guiding grace.
The classroom now, a supportive space to share
Discussions held, hard spots remedied with care
Difficulties removed in school, study done at home
Autonomous learners, study at home, thrive 'n dare
