Towards being an educator-researcher: A poem

Towards being an educator-researcher: A poem

When experience shapes both heart and head,
Real learning blooms, higher thinking bred,
Formative process, a learning's start,
Connecting mind and action, set apart.

So, pause and think, reflect on whats been done,
To make your learning better, day by day,
For every student, till the course is run,
And aids that help along the chosen way.

Be educator-researcher, with probing eye,
To help the learners soar up to the sky,
A guide who ponders, how the lessons bloom,
And dispel all the doubts from the classroom.

Be a senior co-learner, hand in hand,
To help support the learner, understand,
A reflective guide, to nurture every seed,
And plant the knowledge, for their growing need.

Do action research, put your theory in play,
To better theory, brighter every day.
