Brave Bhūriśrav here.

We’ve umpteen warriors
Equipped with deadly weapons
Ready to lay lives
 
THE GITA VERSE 1.10
Our Bhism led army’s
Unbeatable over theirs
Guarded by Bheem
 
THE GITA VERSE 1.11
Arrays of army –
Guarding Bhism from all the sides
Will be victorious
 
THE GITA VERSE 1.12
Grand Bhism roared like lion
To cheer up the Kaurav prince
‘n proudly blew his conch
 
THE GITA VERSE 1.13
Kaurav soldiers too
Sounded their tabors, drums, trumpets
To show war keenness
 
THE GITA VERSE 1.14
Seated in chariot
Sri Krishn ‘n Arjun too blew conches

 The 11th edition of the UN proclaimed International Day of Yoga is going to be observed on June 21, 2025, with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”.  According to the UN the theme 'echoes a vital truth that personal wellness and planetary health are inseparably linked.' "Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind and fosters a heightened sense of awareness and responsibility in daily life. This mindfulness allows one to choose healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. In caring for ourselves, we begin to care for the Earth, reflecting the enduring Indian ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family," adds the UN.  Late Yoga guru B. K. S. Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
