Be like a tortoise
Withdraw from sense –objects
To create steady mind

Amidst sense objects
The steadfast doesn’t relish them
Be soul-n-god realized!

Practice self-restraint
Amidst sense objects of world
To create unattached mind

Hone sensual restraint
Meditate on divine soul
Meditate on God

Sense-objects trap mind
Through desires and attachment  -
Denial creates anger

Learn restraining wrath
It creates delusion –loss of wit
To make you brute beast

Self-restraint seekers
Hone placidity of mind
By sensual  control
