For the dutybound
The knowledge of self adds
Selflessness in duty

None can be non-doer
Therefore,  one must complement
The streams of Yoga

Restrain senses, actions
Pretend, and show off never
That’s mere vanity
 
THE BHAGAVAD GITA VERSE   3.7
Develop your will
For detached action by senses
And body organs

Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
