THE GITA VERSE 2.22
Our embodied souls
Cast off worn out bodies like
We remove torn clothes
 
THE GITA VERSE 2.23
Arms cannot cut soul
Nor fire burn, water wet it
Neither wind dry it
 
THE GITA VERSE 2.24
Our souls are constant,
Eternal, space-less, timeless
Unborn, resolute
 
THE GITA VERSE 2.25
Un-manifest soul
It’s  absolute beyond mind
So, don’t grieve and act
 
THE GITA VERSE 2.26
Soul ‘s beyond cycle
Of the birth, death and rebirth
So grieving is vain
 
THE GITA VERSE 2.27
Death’s sure for the born
Rebirth is usual for the dead
Grieve never demise
 
THE GITA VERSE 2.28
We just manifest
Out of the Un-manifest
Then return to it

Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
