Loss of race piousness
‘N crash of family traditions
Leads to the worst hell

I pity Kauravs
for sinful mindset for throne
Proclaims prince Arjun

Arjun stood unarmed
Preferring to be done with
Rather than clashing

Struck by grief of war
Arjun sits laying down arms
Between two armies

Numb Arjun despairs
On seeing blood-kin warriors
Keen to settle scores
 
Internal struggle
On morality of war
To kill one's own kin

Depicts crisis of conscience
And despondency

Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
